     The Phone Doctor was established in 2013 by Ian Ross. The Phone Doctor was a business I was very dedicated too because like you, I was tired of the cost, service and warranty of the current mobile industry. We as Canadians pay some of the highest cell phone bills in the world, unfortunately for us we only have 3 providers to choose from and they dictate and control our costs, service and warranty. 

 

The Phone Doctor, as an independent business I could finally find a direct platform to better service, inform and help YOU the customer. If we know and understand all the information in a problem then as people we can make better decisions and ultimately save both time and money. With my 10 year working history combined with love of technology and a need for higher learning it has proven to help me better help you. 

I welcome everyone to my business, and all questions you may have. I really enjoy my work and in life if we love what we do, then it no longer becomes work but rather a lifestyle. I think for me, thats the whole point!
